Terms of delivery

The delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
Mandala Handels GmbH is entitled to partial deliveries but not obliged.
Delivery dates and delivery periods are only binding if they have been agreed in writing beforehand and by the company Mandala Handels GmbH have been confirmed in writing.

Delivery usually takes place within 8 working days. The prerequisite for this is that the ordered item is in stock. Items that require a special order require a longer delivery time. If the agreed delivery dates or delivery deadlines are exceeded, the customer is only entitled to withdraw if he has previously given Mandala Handels GmbH a reasonable grace period with a threat of refusal.
